››» Precise Goal
[March-27-2003]

BeOS was a system I believed in, but Be, Inc. is no more. New exciting technologies are found in the Linux world. Seeing the number of motivated developers working every day on it, you could ask yourself why today lot of people are confusing the Linux kernel and a Linux distribution. I personaly believe that the reason is the lack of a precise goal, a precise result to reach (in term of usability, graphical interface, etc...).

With BlueEyedOS the goal is clear, the features are well defined, the API already fully documented and the basis (the kernel, for example) are well working and validated. BeOS is our model and the Linux kernel is our engine.
